Where First Loved Ministries Started
“Come to me, who is Love, and let me love you first.” This is where Mark’s journey started many years ago, in a moment of desperate vulnerability before God. As a husband, father, and pastor, he was longing for transformational love, and God met him there and showed him the way. The Jesus Way. Jesus was loved by God first, he loved the disciples as loved, and at the end of his ministry, he gave them his new command: “Love one another as I have loved you.” (John 15:12) To follow this command, we must be loved by Jesus first, which is why First Loved Ministries was founded twenty years ago, to share this transformational truth with the whole Church.
Celebrating the Present
First Loved Ministries Today
In the years since, this invitation from God to come and be loved first has changed countless lives. Over the past twenty years, we have hosted hundreds of events and offered Jesus' love to thousands of people. Today, with the support and collaboration of the First Loved community, we have filmed all our event sessions and are working to make this message and all our resources available to all people. We have published activity books and recorded albums. We are establishing national and international First Loved teaching and training hubs - and we are trusting God for so much more!

The Future of First Loved Ministries
Being loved first transforms individuals, who transform families, who transform communities. Twenty years of transformation is something we want to celebrate with you! We believe and are excited for all that the Lord has yet to do in and through First Loved Ministries. This ministry started with God’s transformational love in Mark’s heart, but it has grown and multiplied beyond what he could have imagined, and so we look to the future with excited anticipation for what God has in store!
